Animation Yuri On Ice! Impressions

Hi, guys! I was wondering if you watched the recent men's figure skating anime, Yuri On Ice! It's twelve episodes long and I was enough to convince me that it was one of the most well made anime in 2016. I was pleasantly surprised with how the show turned out. The rotoscoped performances blew me away but at times it felt repetitive since the characters used the same dance over and over. You can relate to the main character's issues with insecurity and maybe even body image. Plus, there was a realistic connection of the relationship the show featured. It didn't feel forced or pandering. Overall, it was a solid anime for me.
