Worlds of Kamen Rider Decade

How would you make the Kamen Riders' worlds of Decade better than how they were made in the beginning? Including having more episodes.

Kuuga's World:
- Its fine.

Kiva's World:
- Too much drama. Needing new riders.
- Checkmate Five, with Knight as the rider of the spirits: Skeleton, Mummy, Zombie & Bishamon.
- Kiva and Knight as Fangire slayers. IXA and Megumi however hunt them as well.
- Beetle Fangire as an evil jester. Bishop intends to steal the power of Dark Kiva.
- Devil May Cry style.

Ryuki's World:
- A rider tournament. Rider vs Rider & Monster vs Monster.
- Abyss. An agent sent by an evil rider to infiltrate the tournament.
- Evil riders are: Chimera, Cerberus, Orthrus & Hydra.

Blade's World:
- Major Arcana rider who rules the Undead.

Faiz's World:
-The renegade orphenochs.
- Naoya Kaido as Kaixa, Faiz the wolf, Orga the Horse & Psyga the lion.
- New Riders: Epsilon the Crane, Zeta, Epsilon & Neo Alpha as a dark rider.

Agito's World:
- Dark Agito as the Overlord of Darkness.
- Shouichi given the power of Agito by the Overlord of Light to defend humanity.

Den-O's World:
- Two riders of Den-O: One with little bad luck, the other from a parallel time the evil one with good luck.

Kabuto's World:
- Story's fine
- New Riders: Renge as Tento (ladybug), Gumo, Kamakiri & Beelzebub.

Hibiki's World:
- An oni with a violin.
- Asamu taking the mantle of Hibiki after his sensei turned to a Mamakou

W's World:
- Evil rider of W: Mar. He works for Museum as a bounty hunter. He does not aquire a data human like Phillip/Raito.

How on earth would you fit all of this into two episodes while still leaving time for Tsukasa and co. to do their own thing?

Quite frankly I'd tell them to start again, point at Gokaiger and say "Do it more like that".

I agree, also how would day introduce so many new Riders? They don't have time market all of them.

Gokaiger has the new team meeting past Sentai "by chance" in a series of camoes as they go through their own plot. Decade has him insert himself into the plot of the Alternate Riders instead, personally I like Decade's way more.

They don't need to market "Riders" who are just monsters of the week. Abyss never received the kind of promotion associated with a new Rider. But, yeah, there's no way they'd make more than one new suit per world.

A few changes that could be done to the various worlds:

-I don't think there was any point in using a kid Rider for Kiva.

-Ryuuki world either should have a completely different second episode, with Abyss as an agent of the dystopian government, and all the other Riders being ordered to face Decade & co, or, if that can't be executed wel, it should be entirely remade into something closer to the original show.

-Onodera transforming more consistently.

-Nega world would have an actual origin for Complete form, and there'd be more nega Riders, one for each of the 9 past Riders, including new repainted suits in some cases.

-Final battle in Movie Wars 2010 would involved the two groups of Heisei Riders (Wataru Kurenai's and Onodera's), not only Onodera's, fighting together alongside Decade, Diend and Kiva-la. Maybe also add in a few brief participations of the people he met in the second half of the show, who were weirdly absent of the finale for no reason (Black, RX, AU Amazon... maybe evne the Shinkenger).

However, if we're talking about rewriting Decade, the most obvious idea is to just dump the concept of re-imagined worlds altogether.

The worlds that Decade visited should have just been the originals, with suit-only Riders if they can't bring the original actors back. It should still follow generally the same format that Decade had though, with Decade jumping in the middle of an on going story focused only on each world, without overpresent villains that could lessen the individual stories, until later on in the show at least.

What they attempted to do with Decade was just unnecessarily complex in some ways (New worlds with some elements of the original shows, but big differences, attempting to pass a similar message, but under different writers and actors) and even if it had been executed perfectly, some people would still complain due to the whole concept being just very alien for the Rider fanbase in general.

Decade was succesful overall commercially, but, at this point, it's pretty clear that reimagining the previous shows wasn't one of the reasons for that success. The first All Riders ignored the AU Riders from Decade tv itself, aside from Onodera, who was a main cast member, and the promotion for Let's Go Kamen Riders goes out of its way to say that it's the original guys there, even if the movie itself isn't even in continuity and there are no returning actors for anyone besides the Riders of the main 3 shows, Double and V3.

I mean, considering how some people reacted when it was confirmed that the Kuuga in Let's Go Kamen Riders was Godai, I can't help but think that something like Decade's Kuuga arc would be much more fondly remembered if they had just used a suit actor with his face hidden by a helmet and quicky transforming into Kuuga in the ending of Decade's first episode, rather than creating the independent character "Yuusuke Onodera". Resurrected villains could be just explained with the effects of the fusion of the worlds.

Now, of course, this would make "Kuuga" much more absent as a character, without going through the whole arc of deciding to fight for the others. The development would focus mostly on Decade's world hopping cast... but that might not have been a bad thing. Alternatively, they could still have introduced "Onodera", but as a second Kuuga world Rider, with a different Rider name and suit, although still somewhat similar to Kuuga's design and mostly in the same role of the Onodera from the show, with Kuuga himself not appearing much.

Kuuga could be mentioned in the introductory scenes of the world, people would talk about how he disappeared after the initial battle against the Grongi ended, and at some moment we'd get to see Kuuga's broken belt (which would have been taken and kept by the police) being stolen by some shadowy person - then Kuuga would return to help in the final battle of the arc, and they could include some policeman saying that he had returned.

Onodera might have been overall better received that way than as a Godai replacement. The writers probably also wouldn't have hesitated to use him as a Rider if he had his own Rider identity, considering how he'd still be standing out on his own even transformed.

W's World:

One big problem with this: W came after Decade, which Decade was about celebrating the past Kamen Rider series, so creating a world for a future rider was out of the question

So yeah, there never were any "W's World" epsodes, and nor should there have been any

Idk what i saw of decade i personally enjoyed./ Granted i didnt get to far into it. I still need to pick up on eps 14 but still. I think the fact they took a different approach with decade wasnt a bad move.

Firstly, I wouldn't touch the worlds of Kuuga, Agito, Hibiki, Kabuto and Kiva. Those stories are actually well done.

The idea of Ryuki's world being one big courtroom is just fail waiting to happen. Natsumi was right to demand an actual lawyer, even though she only got Tsukasa.
Here's how I'd have written the world of Ryuki:

Story of the Riders:
Each of the 12 riders are terminally ill. The Mirror World is a limbo, where they can keep their bodies whole. If the rider returns to the real world, the clock starts counting down again. The person who created the Mirror World comes up with a panacea that can cure the diseases. But because he's a sadist, he decides to make them fight for it. If they want the cure, they have to prove themselves worthy.

How the Hikari Crew Gets Involved:
Yuusuke witnesses Knight leaving the mirror realm. He brings him to the photo studio where Natsumi and Eijiro care for him.
Ryuki and several others are dispatched by the sadist Doctor Shiro Kanzaki to hunt down Knight. This leads into the first rider on rider fight. Kuuga, Knight and Decade on one side, Imperer, Odin and Ryuki on the other side. In the fight, Decade obliterates Imperer, while Kuuga Titan injures Odin.
Knight and Ryuki fight, diving back into the mirror world. Once here, however, Knight drops his weapon, telling Ryuki to finish him, because he's discovered that Kanzaki isn't going to give anyone the cure.
Decade enters, intercepting Ryuki's Sword.

Decade's Speech:
"Is your life worth so much to you that will kill another man to keep it? Life itself is a precious gift. Even if your life is soon to end, you still have the right to live it as you wish."

The Fight:
Four Riders: Decade, Kuuga, Ryuki and Knight find Kanzaki, who reveals himself to be Odin. Odin uses the Unite Vent to combine GoldPhoenix with Genocider. Knight and Kuuga fight Odin, while Decade's Ridebooker spits out the Ryuki cards. Final Form Ride to destroy the monster, then Odin attacks Knight. Ryuki goes dragon form again to save him.
In this moment, when Ryuki chooses to give his life to save another, Ryuki and Knight get a second wind, rising above their injuries. Decade uses the Illusion card to create duplicates to hold down Odin, so Ryuki and Knight can hit him with their finishers at the same time.

Decade's Photograph
The main image shows the riders receiving the panacea cure. The overexposure shows Ryuki and Knight shaking hands.

Next world revision: Faiz,

Story of The Riders
In the original continuity, the Orphenochs created the belts. So in this version, it happens the other way around. The Smart Brain corporation is trying to prepare humanity for their eventual colonization of Mars. They create the belts as a means to harden a human body against G-forces and cosmic radiation. However, the first few tests create the Lucky Clover orphenochs, who then spread the evolution among their coworkers. By the end of it, it seems there are only two humans left at Smart Brain: Kiba Yuuji and Ogami Takumi.
How the Hikari Crew Gets Involved
Decade enters the world dressed in the suit, shades and hat of a Smart Brain Riotrooper. He engages Kaito, who is supposedly there to steal the Faiz Gear for a corporate rival of Smart Brain's. At least, that's who Kaito namedrops. Kaito escapes, leaving Decade to fight G3. When G3 fires at the building, the containment protocols Takumi had put into effect fail. Now the Orphenochs are loose in the city. Takumi grabs the Faiz belt and goes to fight the orphenochs. Decade and Kuuga show up to help contain the outbreak. During this time, both Faiz and Decade have their henshins canceled. In order to defend Decade, Takumi evolves to Wolf Orphenoch. This lets Decade stand up and give his speech.
Decade's Speech
"Just having the appearance of a monster doesn't make you one. You always have a choice, as he has shown. If he's able to stand and fight you, so am I. I'm just the passing through Kamen Rider."

The Fight
Kuuga slides the Faiz gear back to Takumi.Kaito steps in to fight, and we get the same scene with Rey and Kabuki. Final Form Ride Faiz, and the dragon orphenoch is downed. Lobster and Centipede are stopped. Because they're no longer hearing his ramblings, they're able to think for themselves. However, after the chaos, two things happen:
1)Kaito gets his hands on the Kaixa gear, calling it a 'consolation prize.'
2) A Press Conference to announce the existence of orphenochs is held by Smart Brain, as they take responsibility for their actions.
The Photograph
A triple exposure. Takumi on the bottom, Wolf Orphenoch in the middle and Faiz at the top.
