Why Haven't Figma and Tatsunoko Teamed Up Yet?

Seriously, why haven't Tatsunoko signed a licensing deal with figma? The designs of the Gatchaman team and Casshern pretty much fit perfectly with their general aesthetic. Does some other toy company own the Tatsunoko rights or something?
