Where can I acquire the Ao Oni movie?

See topic. I loved the game (kinda--its not the best RPG Maker horror game I've ever played but it was pretty fun) and was shocked that they made a movie (two, apparently).

Streaming sites aren't an option for me, it has to be either download or get physical. I'm assuming I can find a subtitle script somewhere too for English?
