when watching garo does anyone else feel this way too

i mean even though its for adults, it does not take the adult rating too far and be really twisted like seinen manga. i mean the thing that makes it adult to me are the nudity and the horrors but otherwise it is not that crazy violent.

Yep. That's Garo. It has gothic horror elements mixed with superhero action adventure, set in a surreal fantasy realm. In modern times. The "adult" stuff is just the nudity and horror, otherwise it's quite G-rated.
