It's your computer trying to tell you to do like the others here have said, and take a break now and then.

As far as your "log-offs" problem, try clearing all of your cookies on your browser. And when I say "all", I mean ALL of them. You need to wipe out every single cookie your browser has, not just the ones for HJU. This usually helps because often the problem is being caused when you get a particular combination of cookies saved.
