Pretty simple - I got bored of doing medicine. I wanted to do something more creative, something that was a little less predictable - and I wanted adventure. I was doing acting classes at the same time as medical school and I was just so taken with them. I couldn't believe how excited I got from telling stories - directing, acting, creating plays etc. And I've always been good at listening to those clues. I know a lot of people ignore it - I just couldn't. I had to follow my bliss.
