I honestly never associated any of the sins with a gender to be honest. Actually, can't we just make them unidentifiable? Like those titans in shingeki, no reproductive organs. Lust can be pretty creepy if played right with that I think.

For what it's worth, the 2003 anime for FMA made "Sloth" into a woman.
