Thanks for asking. Glad you said "not just career wise" cause I don't really think of career - I just think of what I want to do and do it.
I've been working with some friends on making videos for the web - we have a youtube channel: BananaMana TV which makes us quite happy. We have quite a few views - and we basically make things that are interesting for us.
The plan is to launch a fiction channel too - we've been working on editing, writing and shooting - we want to get the quality up before we start shooting things. Here's a couple of shorts we made so far:

Prior to this I did quite a bit of acting in Singapore on TV, film and theatre but I'm pulling away from this now and trying to create my own stuff. I've realized it's quite a bit more satisfying. I directed a couple of plays - and that was fun.
I'm also quite a geek - so I love experimenting with cameras, computers, the internet. I learnt html - started creating a few websites - then programming databases. But I do a lot less of that now.
Also have an interest in aquariums - so I finally got a big 4 foot freshwater aquarium which I dabble with from time to time...
