well i a question for everyone here, does the hibiki movie reminds you of..

the famed seven samurai movie by Akira Kurosawa. I think that their are some elements that match:

their are seven main heroes
their are villages being attack by powerful forces
the villagers went out to find help

stuff like that so who here thinks that both movies have some same elements?

To an extent...you have one part Demon Rider...other part Samurai Rider...Samurai Rider...that's sounds pretty cool.

I think the similarities are intentional, at least the title seems to be a definite nod.

well after reading the reivew of the movie

it seems that others are making the same thought about this movie have some things in common with 7 samurai

I saw it, I wrote a review (the one you read?), and I do think the similarities were all intentional. I think the title, in particular, is a nod to "Seven Samurai", although the title also kinda of brings to mind Snow White & the 7 Dwarves. :laugh:
