I do understand how hard it is for her to retire now, after 30 years of work, doing the thing she loves....it is unimaginable how it is to give up to something that is a part of you!

Well, too bad a health issue has prevented her from working longer, but I guess all good things must come to an end. At least she isn't diagnosed with something terminal, just an ailment that can affect her vision.
