Not in a Far Cry game. If they want to start a new franchise with Dinosaurs I would be all for it. I haven't played 4 yet but in my experience with the other games I always felt like the games should be about trying to overcome some really whacked out people who are trying to kill you.

I saw that posted a few days ago. I don't think I'd want dino's though. Far Cry just doesn't feel like a Dinosaur type setting to me. Maybe if they brought dino's into a city, but not just to send us back in time. The one for being in Alaska sounds really interesting though.
