Trying to make a list of things we dont see anymore in super sentais

I am trying to make a list of all the things that disappeared in modern super sentais.

All sorts of things, vehicles,ideas,etc.

I know for example there have not been flying fortresses since liveman.

I dont see a lot of bikes or cars either:have they completely disappeared or do they come back sometimes?(in old shows, there were often a car and two bikes, the car having missiles for example).

Are there still guns that can switch to sword mode, each member of the team having a gun/sword?

The gentle robot: in the past there was often an episode featuring a gentle robot that ended sacrifying his life to save the team.

Human big bads: i was wondering if there are still big bads who have a human face, or if they are all monsters nowadays.

Braces: are they definitely done for?

If you are referring to wrist henshin devices, the upcoming Go-buster sentai series is bringing it back.

Dekaranger had a mobile fortress, but it didn't fly. It also had squad bikes and a squad car. Except for Ban and Tetsu, everyone had a gun that had a melee weapon mode.

Magiranger had brooms that were sorta like bikes. Their weapon switch gimmick for the male senshi were a magic wand turning into various weapons.

Boukenger's Boukensilver's SagaSniper turned into a spear.

Gekiranger's Gekiviolet's changer was a brace. The main villains for most of the series had human faces.

Goonger had none of those, except for a joke eye candy villain who looked human (ex porn star ), but really wasn't.

Shinkenger had one human villain.

Goseiger had none of those.

Gokaiger's Gokaisilver has a trident that turns into a gun.

The gentle robot thing doesn't happen anymore. It's more like there's a robot who protects the team or a member of the team then becomes part of the team or a weapon. That's the dog in Dekaranger, Smokey the cat (though not a robot) in Magiranger, Zuban in Boukenger, Daigoyo in Shinkenger, and Datas and GoseiKnight in Goseiger.

Boukenger had two and Gokaiger has one human villain too
the only thing i really miss are bikes !

He's more like Juzo: human form most of the time, but also has a kaijin form.

We also don't get bikes anymore in Sentai because Kamen Rider already has them - note that the teams mostly got bikes in years when Rider wasn't airing. Though if the promo stuff for Gobusters is any indication, then Red Buster's partner will be able to turn into a bike a la Denjin Zaboga :castlerock:

Though, if you want to be technical about it, every Gokaiger save Gai is also an alien.

I admit that's one of the things I want to see: at least one Gokaiger having a Kaijin form; but this is Super Sentai so we can't have the heroes looking monstrous, do we?
