I threw it in incase some people complained. It's technically possible though, to do the Bike Form in "human mode".

I would say it shouldn't count unless there's an actual, physical suit sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

It would make sense though, wouldn't it? I mean they get a budget for the show itself, and a separate budget for the movie, but in the end, part of the money will go to the suits, so why not combine them all together anyways? Then we could really see how much they probably spend trying to make the show as it is/as we've seen it.
