I just remembered (because I just now opened it), last night I got Gamel, Ankh Complete, and Super TaToBa, and they are also brand spanking new, in better condition than most new toys I buy off the shelf at walmart.
Even the ones that say Box Damaged are rarely damaged in any significant way.

has it been confirmed yet if the Inordinate Powers from Akibaranger that come with deka red, bouken red and red hawk are 1st release bonuses or do they come with all releases of them as standard?

They still haven't said, so I'd assume they're included with all of them. After all, it just gives you incentive to get all the other figures so you can complete the little Akibaranger set. If you're desperate, it might be best not to take that gamble though.
