Nope, those are plastic model, this is........ think of S.H.Figuarts but with mecha line-up, not Kamen Rider

I think RD is a little overpriced for a figure. I also agree for code geass fans to buy RD because they feature A LOT more mechs than the models do. But then again Gunpla is more inexpensive. But it's all up to the collector. Whether to buy highly detailed figures or to buy highly detailed model kits that have more features depending on the scale, but some require paint. So basically, if you don't want to build or paint, buy RD, but if you enjoy putting model kits together and displaying them knowing that you made it what it is, then get gunpla. Also, RD offers playibility... I guess. But I still think Gunpla is better... in my opinion.
