Yep, but they say it's because it's a "Bandai Visual release." Riiiight...

Although, it seems they've removed reference to ZO and J for the same reason. But I do remember more of an announcement for those when they were released. Still, those two were released in '03. It's obvious Toei wasn't rushing to get Shin out.
