Well, if one was smart enough to use this ability (which Touma isn't), it can negate any magical or supernatural abilities.

But...Kuuga's pretty strong compared to Touma. Touma will get his ass kicked regardless.

I'm pretty sure Kuuga's henshin would be undone if it came into contact with Imagine Breaker since it despells armor. Something like Faiz or Ixa might work against it though since it's just a suit of armor.

Kuuga, yes Touma can stop the powered form, but Yuusuke is also a pretty capable fighter. Hell, most Riders are. If we were talking powers alone, Touma would basically negate their special abiltieis if they're supernatural or magical (or somethign along those lines)

Just to make things clear: Riders whose powers Touma can negate:

• Amazon
• J
• Kuuga
• Agito
• Ryuuki
• Blade
• Hibiki
• Kiva
• OOOs

The other riders are tech-based (Cyborgs like most of the Showa Riders, or gadgets like for Faiz, Kabuto). Double, I'm not really sure if it fits or not.
