Here's some help, dchoc:

The first image is Ayase Aragaki from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Wake ga Nai.

The second image, I'm not too sure.

The third image is Kagami Sumika from the game Muv Luv Alternative/which was released on both CD and DVD.

PyroturtleZX was right about the one from Bakemonogatari. Her full name is Suruga Kanbaru.
