The CW Just Cancelled Twice As Many Shows As They Renewed

We don’t know what the future of The CW will be just yet, but we don’t take this as a good sign: the network just picked up three new shows for the 2022-23 season, but cancelled SEVEN.
The new shows are the ones that were highly rumored to be picked up, so they aren’t surprising: Gotham Knights, Walker: Independence and The Winchesters. The first is about “Batman’s rebellious adopted son who forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader.” We’re hoping it will be a more competent take on Batman Minus Batman than Batwoman was. The second is just more Walker except more Western-y, taking place in the 19th century. The third is a Supernatural prequel series about Sam and Dean’s parents, ghost hunters themselves.
The cancelled shows are Legacies, Charmed, Naomi, 4400, In The Dark, Roswell New Mexico and Dynasty. It’s really a miracle most of those lived as long as they did, achieving some of the lowest ratings...

What happened to CW, It use to be the Network where Shows are able to have a Series Finale. It use to be a place where shows have high survival rate. Why are they becoming Netflix like. 😭😢

I am so sad on what CW has become. They didn't even let shows close to be finished to have a finale.
