Originally, I was thinking of creating an Easter Egg thread for Hikounin Sentai Akibaranger similar to the one for Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. But unlike Gokaiger, everything in Akibaranger sticks out in plain sight. So instead, this thread is a reference source for items, scenes or dialogue from past Super Sentai titles used in Akibaranger.

Updates will be done periodically. If I missed anything, post them below and help me out on expanding this list. Will need a lot of help identifying all of the toys on display at Sentai Café Himitsukichi, especially the arsenal wall. Just don't be a dick about missing or incorrect information!

* In episode 1, Akagi references Sentai members' surnames bearing color names as a common standard in Super Sentai series. This is evident with the series' main protagonists: Akagi (木), Aoyagi (柳) and Moegi (萌).
* In episode 2, Hiroyo mentions that in the history of Super Sentai, only two Yellow warriors were curry lovers. She is referring to Daita Ooiwa/Kiranger of Himitsu Sentai Goranger and Asao Hyou/Vul Panther of Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan.

* Takuma's use of a trumpet during his introduction as the new Akiba Red in episode 10 is an homage to both Makoto Jin/Battle Cossack II of Battle Fever J and Kikaider-01 of the Kikaider series.
* The roll call of the second Akibaranger lineup is an homage to that of the Gekirangers. After the individual poses, New Akiba Red yells, "Kagayake!" ("Shine!"), which is a nod to Sun Vulcan.

D-Boys is also referenced by Wada in episode 1 of Official Web Radio (Temp), where he mentions that Super Hero Taisen can be made with just D-Boys members.
* The series' numerous plot changes parody the real-life politics of Toei executives taking creative control of their tokusatsu series that are under-performing in the ratings. One such example is 2005's Kamen Rider Hibiki, when the original production and writing staff were replaced from episode 30 onwards.
* In episode 2 of Official Web Radio (Temp), Wada reads a letter from "Ankoku Daishogun", one of the main antagonists of the Mazinger series.

You should put a Power Ranger reference list even though it was only brought up once. You never know what's going to happen next.

MASKMAN -- In the first episode, after Akagi decides to not buy the DX Great Five, he quotes a line from Maskman's ED theme. (He says "君と出逢えて良かった/I'm glad I met you.") Right after that, he mimics Tube villain Oyobu's Hissatsu Dash maneuver.

Also, Kozukozu used the sword version of Laser Magnum in episode seven in her attack against Marshina.

In Episode 9, when Kozkoz is looking at the batteries, they say "Zenit" on them; Zenit being the name of the grunts in Timeranger.

Also I think it was 3 that Akagi was gonna karaoke the Boukenger Opening yet we only get to hear him give off the Opening narrative.

* In episode 9, Akagi references the Dairangers' headquarters as one of the Super Sentai secret bases.

* In episode 9, Akagi references the GoGoFive's headquarters as one of the Super Sentai secret bases.

He was referring to teams that had break-up episodes (listen for him quoting the ep45 title for Dairanger), not their bases.

For the Gokaiger reference, I don't think it's an Ahim cosplayer, IMHO it's just a princess-styled costume.
Adding one more reference to Gokaiger, there's a Gokaiger gashapon machine in Secret Base, we can see it clearly in episode 1.
And not sure if this is reference or not, but when Akagi said they are 37th Super Sentai, it could be a reference that Go-Busters already exist (currently airing).

Do previews count? In the preview for Episode 4 at the end of Episode 3, the narrator asks "Mitsuki, why have you sold your soul to the devil?", which is a reference to Liveman's opening narration.

You forgot in episode 7 Kozkoz was battling Malseena with the Laser Blade (Uchuu Keiji Gavan's personal weapon in which he was apart of the film, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger vs. Uchuu Keiji Gavan).

Wrong. It's the Laser Magnum from Maskman.
