I have a friend from Halls that went to Memphis a few weeks ago and was utterly astounded at the fact that there are black people there.

i've been in chattanooga my entire life, but specifically i live in soddy-daisy.

Well, him being from Halls explains it. Black people make up about 25% of the Halls' population, while about 70% make up Memphis'. I lived in Halls briefly, a few years back.
