Sypware and Malware and Viruses Oh my

My computer got some kind of mal-ware off the site about a week ago, but it is gone now. Not sure where it came from.

I ran ad-aware and it quarantined it and then I deleted it.

I also so Iolo system mechanic professional 8

It will repair damaged files and get rid of spy ware and mal ware too.

It's awlays good to have more than one program because most the time one of them will not be updated.

I have not gotten any more from this site lately.

lol people stop opening things you dont remember clicking or wanting to look at. Or clicking those ads on the side of the page. Also it'd be good if you guys used Firefox or some other browser that isnt Internet Explorer.
