After an entire pandemic’s length of time, Matt and Ross Duffer finally came forward with some new information about the future of their pride and joy, Netflix’s Stranger Things. The good news is that after suggesting we wouldn’t get the fourth season until the summer, the Duffers have revealed we’ll get it a bit earlier than that. The bad news is that not all of it will be there.
We have no idea why this is, but Netflix has decided to split the season in two halves and premiere 4A on May 27, followed by 4B on July 1. We’re talking about a season that’s only nine episodes large, and while that’s big for a Stranger Things season, it’s still just nine episodes. Most people will probably finish those little bites in a day (and then blast the spoilers everywhere to people who prefer to take it slow).
