You just never know where Sonic will pop up next. This week, he’s reared his spiky head at Two Point Hospital, a sim management game for consoles and PC.
They’ve certainly gone Sonic-nutty at that hospital. The staff is wandering around in full-body Sonic costumes (there are four you can get: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy). There are also Sonic-related items to nab, like a Sonic statue, decorative rugs and a giant gold ring. Why? Because Sonic is 30 years old, and he decided to have his party here instead of Chuck E Cheese.
