He's only overpowered if you know how to actually use him. The guy playing him definitely cleaned up the damn place. But I wouldnt expect just anyone to pick up a keyboard and do the same thing.

Thank god I'm using a controller to play this game. It was so hard to handle the characters with only a keyboard especially Bill Rizer. He was completely owning the damn game with Ryu. Thank god I played NG1 and NG2 minigames on NG Black. I hope he just doesn't add Ryu only to the new version.
