Yes. Each of Zod's Army landed on their family symbol, and Zod spent the three weeks between Doomsday and Saviour finding them all.

Little hint to where the story's going: did you notice how Zod had a fresh-ish gunshot wound in Saviour? It suggests he had a fight with one of his soldiers, possibly over an unresolved issue we'll see in the flashback episode "Kandor"...
