...will that count as "the next Ultra series" that is supposed to be coming or will we actually get a proper Ultraman series as well?

Ultra Galaxy II shouldn't count as a new Ultraman series, maybe something to hold the fans over until 2009 with the new series.
As far as I know the new Ultraman series is set to have a massive ass **** budget too.
