The lucky draw in question required purchase of KTs, but the prizes were the full-size clear SICs. I don't think the Ryuki was ever released, which is why I can't find pictures or other info. Just the big version seen here.

These 2 clear version are nice....

IMHO that clear purple of Hibiki looks a little dull with only 1 single color...

Oh it was released, just not a lot of people seemed to want it that badly. Clear Ryuki pops up on Y!Auctions all the time.

That one is the full-size SIC... Not the Kiwami size...
