Shiro Izumi restaurant rumor

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this, if it is not my apologies and please move it to the proper area. But I read a rumor that Shiro Izumi (dragonranger) manages a restaurant business now? Does anyone know where that originated from? or what the restaurant actually is?

It's not a rumor; some Japanese fan did some digging and found this info out from a tech company's site that interviewed Izumi about using their products for his business. (The link's dead now.)
