Bandai said Max Flare would be coming out in April, Midnight Shadow in May, and Funky Spike in June, and so far Drive (who is coming with Max Flare) and Chaser (who is shown in the gallery to come with Midnight Shadow) are coming out in April and May respectively, so it's very likely that whichever (currently unannounced) Drive figuart that comes out in June will come with Funky Spike.

As for One Piece reissues, how about a reissue of the Impel Down gang? Buggy? Regular Ace? Black Beard?

I'm hoping they redo Bartolomeo. They did him as an exclusive earlier this year in favor of making Violet a retail release just because she has boobs. Violet ended up being a shelf-warmer and Barto ends up making the Top 10 in the latest One Piece popularity poll. Hopefully that convinces Tamashii to do another Bartolomeo as a retail release.
