Harley Quinn Injustice Ver. is up at the Tamashii site. She's a web exclusive with a May 2015 release date. Though I'm guessing, she's going to be one of those special cases where she'll still be a retail release in the U.S.

I think all of the Injustice Figuarts will be made be retail in the US. I would imagine the Injustice Figuarts were made with a Western market in mind similar how the DBZ figuarts are. Most American superheroes in Japan are not very popular outside of Spider-Man.
