It was with great shame this week that I heard the news that James Gandolfini had passed away. His portrayal of Mafia boss Tony Soprano in The Sopranos was epic.. He will I'm sure be sadly missed

Was very shocked when I saw this last week, just goes to show that life really can be too short sometimes. He played a brilliant character in The Sopranos and will definitely be missed.

It's such a shame, he had a small baby too... I was hoping for a Sopranos movie to be made at some point, I guess it will never be made now, and even it was it wouldn't be the same without the big man!

I actually met James in person in LA. He was the nicest guy and so pleasant to be around. He cared for everyone no matter if you were a celebrity or not.
