Quoting problems

When I click the quote button, all I get is an empty text box.

When I click on the quick reply button and check that I want to Quote message in reply, it doesn't include the quote once I submit the post.

I think I'm having similar since I just went to edit this post of mine and only a white box came up instead of the text.
