How is it a New Zealand thing? They (Disney) had control over who they want to be casted, not New Zealand. There are many actors and actresses out there. And whoever was the casting director under Disney still had to go by the final decisions of the higher ups.

He's probably saying that, because maybe he has seen many NZ shows other then PR where they re-casted the same people more then once..
