Power Rangers: Guardians of the Orion
A GoukaiYellow Production

Oblivia. The most beautiful and peaceful city that ever laid on Earth. Long ago, an ancient temple laid in Oblivia and it was filled with students, young and old and they were chosen to learn the art of a unique power called the Orion Power. This power held five elements: Flame, Sea, Thunder, Sky, and Land. The students were divided five nations and they trained day and night. When the time was right, the leaders would choose five strongest students to become a new team of heroes of Oblivia....the Guardians of the Orion.

However, that time didn't happen. One day, the temple was under attack by a dark man by the name Icarus. Icarus was a former student who was banished from the temple because he harnessed a magical dark art called the Akuma no Seishin and power began to overcome him. Also he tried to destroy everyone in the temple.

Soon, a war began to break out between Icarus and the whole entire temple. However, with a new army under the control of Icarus, he succeeded in killing everyone and the leaders of the temple. However one leader: Kazuhiro, the leader of the Fire Nation manages to suppress the madness and send Icarus to a dimension called the Abyss, where all evil spirits, demons, and even ancient humans go. Now, the battle has ended and Kazuhiro was the only person standing, the rest were dead and gone. Also, Oblivia was safe from getting destroyed.

Furious at his own failure, Icarus began to plot his next attack and for many years he would wait for the Abyss to open.

Now it's the year 2011 and one day, the Abyss opens and Icarus was free. Kazuhiro sensed Icarus' aura and decides to find a team of new Guardians to end Icarus' wrath.

Luckily, he was able to find five young teenagers and give them the Power of Orion to fight Icarus.

Not only that, three more Rangers arrive later to help the Guardians protect Oblivia.

Guardians of the Orion Episode 1
Rise of the Guardians
Five teenagers have been chosen after Icarus attacked. Will they able to fight their new enemy? Find out now on Guardians of the Orion!

((OOC: All right, the teenagers already have their powers, so they should be doing something like training at the temple with Kazu or hanging out in Oblivia))

Casey Arrowwing

Casey was at the temple and he seemed to be practicing his skills on controlling the power of Lightning. After Icarus attacked, Casey had been chosen to become the Guardians of the Orion or...the Power Rangers and he's been serious about it, although he's high-spirited and happy.

"All right, here goes!" Casey said as he began to blast a large bolt of lighting at one of his opponents. However, the opponent dodged the attack. "Damn it!" Casey said.

"Just keep on trying, Casey. You're doing a good job." Kazu replied as he watched Casey train.

While Casey trained hard with Kazu, in another part of the temple, a buxom young woman with black hair took a drink of water from a reddish-brown drinking gourd. The young woman, named Hope Heartlily, wiped her mouth with her arm after taking a drink. Nothing like good, cold water to satisfy the soul, she thought, putting the cap back on the gourd, and placing it down by the fountain, where she had found the drinking gourd. Though she was finished with her physical exercises, Hope was, by no means, done with training.

Deciding there was more to be done, Hope went to a nearby rock. Taking a seat on the rock, she assumed the lotus position, and closed her eyes. Taking deep breaths, Hope started to meditate, clearing her thoughts of everything but a calm lake, which was the image of calmness and serenity Hope chose as the focal point of her daily meditations since she first started training with her deceased master.

Fire, there was just something about it that was just so addictively awesome. Even before aquiring power over it Marcus had been a bit of a pyro. Just something cool about what could come from a single spark. Just one tiny bit was all it took and it would grow and spread from there, it was always quite a sight, especially when combined with fireworks of varying kinds. Now though Marcus's enjoyment of fire reach a whole new level with his ability to control with nothing more than sheer force of will.

There had been quite a few people that questioned Kazu's choosing of Marcus for his team, he was wild, defiant, quick to anger and difficult to control but it was just those qualities which made him the perfect wielder for the fire element. Like him fire was wild and difficult to control, fire was something that suited him perfectly and he suited fire perfectly in the end it would come down to wether or not taking on the role of protector would smooth out some of his more problematic qualities that decided if others would be willing to place the same trust in him that Kazu seemed to.

Marcus was training in his own way, off by himself except for the few people standing around holding buckets of water. He was surrounded by a bunch of targets of varying shape and size as no living person would want to be a training partner for the fiery young man. He cracked his knuckles moment tarily before fixing his gaze on the target in front of him. He snapped his fingerscausing a small ball of flame to materialize in front of his pointer and index fingers, he pulled back his remaining fingers making his hand resemble the sillhouette of a gun and motioned as if he was firing, causing the ball of flame to rocket forward and strike the target which soon burst into flames. "Now thats what I like to see!" he said before turning around and doing the same to the target behind him. Next he did the same with both hands, hitting the targets at his sides and doing the same to the ones between the side, front and back targets. Quickly those with the water buckets doused the flaming targets before the fire spread out of control. "Awww come on let me at least get the flames a little bigger before ya go ahead and put them out."

Greif, sadness, sorrow, anger, and regret. All of these negative emotions swirled around Kayden like a vortex. He wanted desperately to cry out, to unleash all of these negative feelings at the Fire Nation, the people who took his family away from him. Yet despite this, even with all of his skill and powers he knew he couldn't go up against an entire army alone. Currently, he was somewhere deep in the temple, surrounded by candles, Kayden sat in the middle of it. He sat in meditation, trying to use the scent of the candles to ease and sooth him...it usually didn't work, but it was the only thing keeping him sane and collective.

Oblivia’s St. Bay Etiquette School one of the more prestige schools open to all social class families teaches students not only to be proper gentlemen and ladies broaden their young minds academically. For a certain young voluptuous student finds it to be tediously boring spent majority looking outside the classroom window when she should have been paying close attention to their guest speaker lecture. Roxie Blakely wears the standardize girl’s emerald (which matches her eyes) jacket baring the school crest, green plaid-skirt, brown necktie and luxurious blonde hair tied up in a French-braid with a simple blue butterfly barrette adding her own personal touch to it against regulations permitted by the female students dress code.

Why must they of all days be asked to sit within air condition less auditorium when it could very well be held outside as the weather simply too perfect to stay inside. Long after the school bell ended St. Bay Etiquette for that day for Roxie it was only starting to begin. At least her next designation the temple promised anything than drawing her into less amused state. The moment Roxie distance herself away undid the buttons of her blazer and blouse after loosening the necktie revealed she wore no bra underneath. “I was starting to worry that old would not stop blabbing off at the mouth like that.†Roxie muttered reaching to pull the ribbon that held her hair in place fluffing it out. How well Roxie remembered one of her little escapades caught Kazuhiro’s attention and ultimatum instead revealing that she kept secret.

It was an even exchange not only learn of a latent ability sleeping dormant had the chance to meet some rather interesting characters that Roxie felt a bit of a kindred spirit too. Roxie never question about these new people whom entered that she considered being her friends was happy they did not ask about hers. Maybe Roxie was concerned that they’d treat her differently if they knew about her family. As Roxie made her way towards the temple a gathered crowd soon caught her interest highly. Always the one favoring excitement (be it legal or not) could not pass away from it and wanted part of the action.

Meanwhile out in the outskirts at Oblivia’s vast ocean submerge up to her waist, voluptuous green-hair young woman, Seiren Rosewater tended to an aquatic mammal (dolphin) that had unfortunately caught up in a fisherman’s net. Aware that few fishermen exercise measures to keep from snagging other than that of the desired catch often forget to tend not replace their equipment every so often, and the few who find a profit selling them on the black-market. Keeping an eye out for those who the net belonged spoke to the frighten dolphin softly.

“It’s all right.†Seiren inch closer only when the dolphin allowed it so, “Looks like you’ve got yourself quite in the bind, eh?†placing one hand on the dolphin’s smooth side searched for the net’s knot.

Casey Arrowwing

"Whoa!" Casey cried as he gets knocked down by his opponent. With a smirk on his face, Casey gets up on his feet and balls his hands into fists while lightning swirled around them.

"It's that all you got?" Casey asked, taunting the opponent.

Soon, the opponent began to charge towards Casey and as he got closer, Casey blasts the opponent in point-blank, knocking his opponent unconscious. Soon, training was over for the young fighter. "Yeah!" Casey yelled as he grabbed a towel and wiped the sweat off his face.

"Nicely done, Casey. With you training, we will able to defeat Icarus in no time." Kazu replied.

"Yeah, but that was kinda messed up when he attacked everyone in Oblivia." Casey replied. "Yes. But, he won't get away with it, I know that." Kazu said.

"Right" Casey said.

Then suddenly, a girl with short brown hair runs up to Kazu and Casey and she had a horrified-like expression on her face. "Kazu..." she said.

"What's wrong, Lina?" Kazu asked.

"Come with me....quick!" Lina cried as she took Kazu and Casey into the temple. They arrived at the command center and the alarm was blaring loudly. "What's going on?" Casey asked.

"It's Icarus......he's sent the Lokars to attack the city!" Lina cried as the screen showed a group of black foot soldiers attacking the people in Oblivia.

"Damn! Icarus doesn't know when to quit!" Kazu said with an angry tone in his voice. "W-what are we going to do?" Lina asked.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of them!" Casey asked. Kazu and Lina turned to Casey.

"What? You think you can fight the Lokars by yourself?" Lina asked. Casey chuckled a bit, "Don't worry, Lina....I've been training a lot, so you don't have to worry." he said.

Kazu nodded, "He's right, Lina." he said. "He can do it."

Lina sighed and turns to Casey, "Okay......but be careful." she replied to the young Guardian.

"Don't you worry....contact the other Guardians, if I need backup." Casey said and he teleports out of the temple. Lina nodded. "I hope he can handle it." she thought.

Following the wild and showy display of fire Roxie immediately recognize the style belonging to no other than Marcus himself. Out of the other five Marcus was the only one she considered to be a kindred spirit enjoyed watching him training or follow him secretly as he appeared to have quite the vast knowledge where one could simply let loose and have fun. Licking the bottom of her lip glance around before tucking one hand underneath her folded arm creating a gentle gust of wind knocking down on of the buckets from the on-lookers hands. “Heheh…Yeah!†Roxie pushed her way through the gathered crowd, “You guys can be a real buzz kill at times such like now. Much that it is understandable being cautious of the fire spreading out of control, you’ve gotta give him credit. Marcus knows exactly what he’s doing and would have signaled you to put it out.â€

Roxie chuckled by the mixed looks that were passed her way not only how she dressed, but also in the manner she spoke. They did not quite seem like such traits one should have as the Guardians of the Orion, nor truthfully did she care what they thought. Walking over she counted the number of scorch marks left by his little training exercise whistled very impress. The voluptuous blonde could help thinking how hard they had been training together and individuality over the past few months were enough. Shaking her head decided that it was best not to put much thought less put fear into self doubt.

Marcus grinned when he heard another voice nearby. "The lady is right ya know. A man with fire inside him knows how to handle the fire outside of him, your water buckets were completely unnecessary if anything." he told them before turning his attention to Roxie, though his eyes had been moving in her direction since he heard her voice, only a blind man would be able to keep their eyes from going in her direction. The way she dressed seemed to be specifically meant to draw peopl's eyes, that very apparent lack of a bra, and that skirt which was a size or two too short which gave him another nice view were just the kind of things to make his fire blaze more intensely than ever.

Among their peers in this whole Guardians of Orion junk the two of them stood out. They didnt take crap from no one, they took orders from no one and they were addicted to excitement. They were chaos and thrived off of disorder and because of that the two of them got along very well. "So you enjoyed my little show eh? To be honest I was holding back a little, dont think these guys could take it if I really went wild."
