Perfect Zecter Vs Perfect Zecter

So while I was searching for a perfect zecter dx to add to my collection, I stumbled upon these two different versions.

and

I would really appreciate if someone could explain the differences and/or why that came to be. They seem to be of same quality...

Top is the standard DX Perfect Zecter, albeit the one you posted is the Korean version.

The one at the bottom is a promotional release of the DX, and I think the difference is a metallic coloring of everything, but the auctions on eBay aren't good enough to say with absolute certainty.
