Now, about the Dino Greeed (or whom they call "Giru", even though i haven't seen the name in the show), it's what they call "foreshadowing".

I doubt they had the foggiest idea what they were going to do in the series at that point apart from "There will be a Purple Dinosaur Greed".

Well, that is... technically foreshadowing. I mean, they promised a PDG, you got a PDG.

OOO is OOO, W is W. their stories are not the same, so we should not expect something that happened in W to happen in OOO.

OOO ended perfectly, ending the TV series completely by killing off all Greeeds (unless Toei has another asspull to perform). W, which revived Phillip (who should've remained dead) made way for more movies and more money-milking.

Now, about the Dino Greeed (or whom they call "Giru", even though i haven't seen the name in the show), it's what they call "foreshadowing". there was a purple Greeed in the movie, so one (actually two) appears in the TV series as well. But it doesn't necessarily mean that the Greeed in the movie is the same Greeed in the TV show. Just like how Gotou was Birth in the movie yet it was Date in the series (at first).

I agree that OOO ended perfectly, but although I would have been beautiful with Philip remaining dead in W, I think it would've been too depressing. I wanted him to live. In OOO, I wanted that too, but not in the same way. It wouldn't really fit the show, both ways. Besides, the money-milking follow-ups to W have all been great! I hope we can say the same for OOO later...

Honestly, i'm more disappointed that they didn't use black medals for OOO.

"Giru" was like Mana's foresight of apparent Shoichi's death in Agito movie that never happened. Other than that, yes - it's all Date's fault.
