No............. that's the DX V-Buckle.

I compared the sizes of the V-Buckle and the Kabuto Zecter and they're pretty much the same. Even the length of the belt is the same.

That looks like it's just a different packaging that doesn't look half as cool as the other one. The One one is also DX just a different version. I'm guessing Bandai released several different box types with different card decks in them. Notice how this one here features Ryuki, Knight, and Zolda, while mine features Ryuki, Knight, and Ouja.

I just shipped the Kabuto Zecter/Gou Gou Changer today. It should be there on Thursday (due to the 4th of July holiday).
