Mega Pokemon Respond and Intercept Division

After the defeat of Team Flare, people hoped that peace would finally return to the Kalos Region. Unfortunately, that was not the case. A couple of months after the destruction of Team Flare’s doomsday weapon, a strange radiation was detected spreading throughout Kalos, randomly causing some Pokemon to act erratically as their strength and abilities have a sudden increase, and some even becoming violent. Local authorities and the International Police tried their best to keep situation under control, but as time went on the incident of Pokemon violence only continue to increase and escalate. The situation reached a boiling point a wild Gyarados suddenly Mega Evolve by itself and almost destroyed Santalune City. Mega Gyarados severely damaged the both the Gym and the Pokemon Center during its rampage. The Gym Leader Viola was barely able to keep Mega Gyarados busy long enough for Siebold, from Kalos’ Elite Four, and his Mega Blastoise to make it down from Luminose City and finally stop the rampaging Mega Gyarados.

After the Santalune City incident, the International Police realized that until the radiation dissipated, things were only going to get worse, and if another Mega Pokemon were to attack Kalos, their best bet to stop it was another Mega. Thus, the Mega Pokemon Intercept Division, or Monster D, was formed and stationed in Luminose City. Monster D is made up by agents who are not only highly skilled trainers that have travel the world, but each also has a Pokemon Partner with the ability to Mega Evolve. With their headquarters in top floors of Luminose City’s Gym, Monster D are task with dealing with any act of violence perpetrated by Pokemon, whether their trained or wild, regular or Mega, and investigate the source of the radiation that triggered the whole situation to begin with… That is, if they don’t kill each other first…

Non-Mega Ability: Blaze

Moves: Blaze Kick, Flamethrower, Sky Uppercut, and Poison Jab.

Bio: Seth set out on his Pokemon journey exploring that Hoenn region when he was a young kid with dream of someday winning the Pokemon League, challenge the Elite Four, and beating the Champion. Back when he started, all that Seth had to his name was the Torchic given to him Professor Birch. While naïve and inexperience, Seth and his starter matured throughout their adventures in Hoenn, with Torchic evolving to Combusken and then Blaziken, as both their skills and their team grew. A full year into this journey, after acquiring eight Gym Badges, Seth participated in the Ever Granded, but he end quite short of his dream of becoming Champion as he only reached the Top 16. Nevertheless, Seth did not allow himself to become disheartened and he continued journeying throughout the other regions alongside his Blaziken. Even though his dream of becoming a Champion never fully realized, Seth had not regrets. During his Pokemon League adventures he managed to reach Top 4 a couple of times, and even got second place once.

As a young adult, Seth moved to Kalos where he considered applying to for a Gym Leadership in the region, but his plan got sidetracked when the incident with Team Flare started. While not playing nearly as big of a role in Flare’s defeat as Calem and his friends, Seth did stopped enough Flare grunts, gaining the ability to Mega Evolve Blaziken in the process, to catch the eye of the International Police who recruited him

Pokemon Bio: A Torchic, he was excited bundle of energy. Once he evolved into Combusken, some of its childishness was turned into unblemished confidence. Finally, when he became a Blaziken he finally matured into strong and dependable leader of Seth’s Pokemon team. Blaziken’s maturity could be thought of as the Pokemon’s way of compensating for his trainer’s lack there off. While Seth is prone to day-dreaming and wanders off his mark, Blaziken is always there to set him back on his path. While sometimes embarrassed by Seth’s childish tendencies, Blaziken has complete confidence in his partner and will do anything in his power see him safe.

So how much people can be in this?

Apart from Blaziken and the 5 Mega Evolutions that are off-limits, there are 24 Megas available in the RPG.

Needless to say, multiple characters per player is allowed.

No Power Points, but attack conditions (like recoil damages) would be in effect.

Non-Mega Ability Sand Veil
Moves: Dragon Claw,Dragon Rush, Dig, Earthquake
Bio: The main reason Dan decided to become a Trainer was because he felt it necessary to make up for the actions of his father, a mid level grunt in the Johto division of Team Rocket. His plan was to challenge the gyms and use the experiences he made on his journey to join the police.

Not really interested in the Pokemon offered by Professor Elm, Dan set out for the Safari Zone where he eventually managed to catch a Gible. With his new partner he successfully beat all eight gyms but lost to Bruno of the Elite Four. After his defeat he set out to the Kalos region, hoping the power of Mega Evolution would guarantee him a high ranking position in the Police Force.
Pokemon Bio:As a Gible she was timid and would avoid other Pokemon, despite this she always fought her hardest. As Gabite most of her timidness had disappeared and she became more outgoing. As Garchomp she constantly tries to befriend other Pokemon and can get annoyed by Dan's loner attitude.
