Uncork’d Entertainment has announced the imminent release of their latest action thriller, LOCKDOWN, starring WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash.
It’s the apocalypse, a common setting for movies like these. It was a virus that brought down civilization, and the survivors are suspicious of anyone who might still be carrying the disease. A rumor starts spreading that someone at a local school is infected, and an angry mob quickly forms to tear the place apart, seemingly unaware this could be a good way to get it. Our main character, played by Nash, realizes his sister is in that school. He must now break in and fight the militia to save her.
The biggest question we have here is exactly WHEN this movie was written and filmed. It kinda makes a difference.
In addition to Nash, Lockdown also stars David Ford and Stephanie Kae Smith. The movie was written and directed by Micah Lyons (The Runners), and will be out on DVD and digital February 1.
