Legendary Pictures today posted the first teaser trailer for the upcoming "Godzilla" remake coming on May 16, 2014.

Two websites have also gone live. In addition to the official website, a viral website called "Muto...View the Post on the Blog

Personally, I found the use of the 2001 Monolith music rather distracting. It does look a lot better than Roland's version already, although it would be nice to get a better look at the face.

I just read an article about this new Godzilla, today.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what more they can do with this same story, unless it picks up after the last remake, with the worm researcher and the "French Guy". I suppose advances in special effects could make the movie an incredibly intense experience, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's a circus for the eyes and nothing for the brain!

It seems like they are just trying to rehash old movies. Next, thing you know they will release this movie in 3D.
