There were about 4-5 people with a similar face to Wizard, but the body was different. For one scene, they were attacking Beast.

The rumor about everyone becoming magicians does seem quite possible now.

it's nearly the end of the season, so most likely the next big target is the wiseman himself.

she doesn't have a phantom, in fact it took everything away from her body. she is pretty much a doll now, that solely survives by haruto's magic.

yes she does. Koyomi is an exception to the Phantom awakening, but in a different way from Haruto. whereas Haruto suppressed his Phantom and it now resides in him, Koyomi's Phantom fully emerged, but her original body remained, which is why she's a "shell". this means that her Phantom, who may or may not have her memories, has yet to be revealed
