SETTING
Rising Star: A thriving community built after the Wild West itself, with some modern application. Its name notifies that the town almost always seems to have a very sunny environment. What people don't know, is that the sun was raised in a mystical ritual that was preformed to make sure that the city wouldn't be invaded by vampires that've been feeding off of innocent bystanders.
In the present day the city is secretly ruled by these same vampires, they rarely ever go out though due to the long-lasting sun that happens to be powering the city's technology.
