Giving each Greed its own method of generating Yummies was an interesting idea on paper, but in practice it didn't really make the show any more interesting to watch. It just ended up being a way to further pad out a show that's already extremely slow-paced and padded.

I figure the Bird Yummies are working like Uva's because the production team no longer wants to screw around with coming up with Yummy gimmicks or invest camera time in showing how different Yummies work. They just want to get on with the story. So, the Bird Yummies just appear and that's that.

I'm probably wrong but I'm guessing that Uva's Yummies basically gain the greed their host had (like wanting jewlery or wanting to save people) while Ankh's Yummy try to satisfy their host's greed.

Except that Uva's Moth yummy is doing the same thing the parrot yummy is doing now sans the feathers.

I think the feathers being put into the left arm will be what all his Yummy do.

So long as the bird Yummies look vaguely cool, not like some of the other bird-themed kaijin we've seen in the franchise (Oh Den-O, why that goddamn white bird thing? With the cage on his head? Why!?) I'll be happy. Trying to picture a Parrot Yummy is just not working out in my head :sly:
