Yep, I believe every 10 Switches is a State Switch

It would be too troublesome IMO to have another set of switches in order to achieve a full State Change. I guess Fourze just need to press some "switches" on Billy the Rod in order to FULLY State Change. That's what I guess it would be. :castlerock:
