Yeah, I've seen these floating around. This seems to be a re-post of the original one, with added subtitles apparently. This is isn't the only one that's been made either. Most are "openings" if the show focused on, or was told from the viewpoint of, a different Rider/Character, usually the secondary one. All of them are pretty good at mimicking the various styles of the original shows they're derived from, even "year" specific fomatting for TV-Asahi logos and the like.
