As I explained in another thread, it's a straight to DVD original special, presumably seperate from the Den-O/Kiva thing I think. It sounds like it'll be a sequel.

I hope this leads to further direct to DVD specials. We're long overdo for a follow-up to Hibiki and Noblesse Oblige: The Movie.
