I'm starting to notice that Tsukasa's personalities is like a mix of the other rider's.

So far, I'm noticing:

Hibiki's calmness, Tendou's mysteriousness.

I just thought of something. In the preview Black Kuuga at black eyes but didnt he have red eyes in the series. I think I remember them being red....

Also what were all those things flying in the Rider War? I saw Balde and Garren but if they were Riotroopers since when did they fly?

well his eyes are black in ultimate form and red in mighty form

They were red. They are now black.

The Riotroopers were using Psyga flight packs.
