I'd actually been working on the game since ToNg gave up on it with just changing the sprites of Rockman, Blues, and the Robot Masters. Here's the final fruits of my labors. Please note, I've made more changes since that let's play has been out. This includes changing Eddie to Tackle, changing Faiz, as well as a few other small modifications.

Mind you, the music is ridiculously big because it had to essentially be WAV quality. As such, the total file size of the music files is over 500 mb, meaning it will take longer to load the game if you load it with the replaced music. Best thing to do is to go into your task manager (Ctrl Alt Del), go to processes, right click on rm7fc.exe, and set the priority to Real Time. Enjoy!

I'm not really fond with the music he makes. A lot of it is, well, rather ear splitting. So, considering how much space the music files take up, as they have to be converted to WAV format, I'll stick with major remixes and original ops. If I could find someone to remake the themes in pxtone, which is what the FC demakes use, then I would definitely consider it, as those are small files and would keep the 8bit feel.

Heya guys just poping in to say Im also working on this with Kick hopper!
Ill be mostly editing sprites and just giving ideas. Is there anything you followers would like to see in this version of teh game?

Just a small update, we are now able to use later versions of Rockman 8 FC thanks to some resource hacking! Awesomeness is awesome.
